I had the mushroom swiss burger on the gluten free bun. It was excellent! I wish I knew the brand.

I had the burger and fries, was unable to flag someone down so just crossed my fingers and hoped for the best based on the rest of the reviews here. It was good, bun was good enough, and I didn't get sick. Overall an okay experience.

Had a hamburger and pork sandwich on gluten free buns. Ordered at kiosk without any ability to add special instructions. Ran over to window and flagged down help asking them to change gloves. Cooks on line hear and said yes, glove changing is automatic when they get a GF order. Manager standing nearby confirmed this, and that fries are made in a dedicated fryer. BBQ sauce and ketchup are Heinz. No one got sick. Pretty good for a tourist lunch spot.

There are a few options available, with GF buns and a gluten free fryer for fries. You do need to talk to someone, and not use the kiosk available. I just had some fries with no issues to report. I used it more like a snack to tide myself over until we could go somewhere else off the park. Overall a good experience!

GF options include pulled pork and seared burger, salads, cookie, and brownie. You choose the entree when you visit the kiosk, then you select the GF bun . The lady there did say if you select GF bun, your fries are automatically cooked separately, but I didn’t feel safe trying my luck and you can’t really see the fryers. There are many GF snacks in the gift shops- smart popcorn, etc. My burger was delicious and the bun was awesome! Not dry and crumbly! Haven’t tried the cookie. It was prepackaged snickerdoodle GF DF cookie. Saved it as treat for later! No reaction and they seem to be knowledgeable about Celiac.

Gluten free bun available. Had pulled pork sandwich with GF bun delivered separately from gluten products. Sealed grapes and a GF brownie available as well.

They have a separate frier and gf buns you can get a burger or they say the pulled pork. A David’s chocolate chip cookie or a brownie. It took a bit longer for my food to come out, a good sign. They did not prepare it in the same place as the other assembly line burger set up. I would be bubbling by now if I had any gluten and am not, so they did good.

The other reviews are confusing. They do have gluten free options. They also have an allergy book available. Start there to see your options. It was out on the counter by where you pick up food. The chef/cook was very nice and said they had great gf buns. You order at the kiosk. There isn’t a gf menu at the kiosk but there are gf selections in the process. You order a burger. It will ask reg or gf bread. I’m used to eating barely anything at a “park” or will bring my own. This was actually pretty tasty and they were efficient. If you started with the kiosk it wouldnt make sense. I think there were options for salads and other things.

Digital kiosks to order offered gluten free buns for burgers and pulled pork. Fries have a dedicated fryer. 2 gf desserts by David’s. Salads made to order as well. Easy to navigate but not much info ahead of time.

Only gluten-free items were brownie and cookie. Pre packaged. Brownie was dry and tasted old. Literally the only thing to eat. Beyond disappointed. There is "gluten free bread" This place is NOT safe for celiac!! Pack food for yourself! Unless you want to est stale dry gluten free brownie.

If I could have posted a 0 I would have, my daughter who has Celiac and this place glutened her. While we were watching the food being made the woman used the same gloves for the gluten stuff and supposed GF. When something was mentioned we got nothing but attitude and made to feel like it was imposition. Then they made a new burger and I knew that it would be bad, she was starving however and only ate half of it. Then she has proceeded to throw up and other stuff. I would NEVER recommend for someone with celiac

Top notch! Made our day, kid just loved it!

Ordering is done at a kiosk electronically. Perhaps I’m an idiot, but I did not find it as clearly marked and user-friendly as others. I also am reading reviews about ordering chicken and other meat options that are supposedly safe. Please beware- none are certified GF, and, after being provided a partial ingredient list, the usual suspects of “spices” and “natural flavors” abound. You can’t speak to anyone except a cashier who handed us an allergy book with photocopies of nutritional labels of some, but not all, ingredients. The only thing that was pretty clearly labeled as GF was a hamburger and fries. Also there’s a brownie and cookie. Anything else, and you’re sorting through the green binder of ingredients. Once you’re at the kiosk, you’re ordering and holding up the line while trying to feverishly locate ingredients. While trying to find a salad dressing listing, some teens behind us were laughing and making fun of me, then eventually it became pretty ugly with one saying, “Just push a f***ing button already.” I turned around and he said “Oh, I was just kidding.” But the damage was done. I know he’s a kid, but the thing is, he said what everyone else was probably thinking- hurry up. I got out of line and my husband ordered fries for us since they are supposedly GF and prepared safely. Please understand that I know dining out is always a calculated risk, but I also am disappointed to see places like this equate GF with Celiac-safe or to list items as GF that are not. After eating a few soggy fries, I spent some quality time in the restroom. So, in fairness, my rating isn’t really entirely be about the food, mostly my experience. However, I felt people should know what they are walking in to. So, just be forewarned. And maybe save yourself some time and embarrassment by either just accepting the hamburger and fries or asking straight away for the incomplete green binder. And, whatever you do order, please know that this goes beyond the typical risk of cross-contamination- it is straight-up misleading, and communication that Celiacs rely on is stripped from customers and hasty ordering and efficiency being a priority is implied. I mean, I can even flag my app-based order at chick fila as “allergy”- no way to do that here!

Ability to order at kiosks reduced nervousness about customising my burger. Gf cookie was delicious too, which is rare! Brilliant place to eat during visit here at KSC!

Was worried with ordering on a computer than gluten-free wouldn’t be safe. It was fine. Fries are good. Cooked in a dedicated fryer. Expect to spend $10+
5 stars-hands down! GF items are easily found on the kiosk. You can clearly see that all prep stations are separate and watch them go to a specific station to make your GF burger. Fries are in a dedicated space as well. I highly recommend eating here.
Yes
The staff offered chicken, hamburger with glutenfree bun and fries without gluten. They prepared the fries separat from others.
Gluten-free buns for burgers and fries are in dedicated fryer. Gluten-free brownies and cookies. Looked like good routines and knowledge. Had to ask as we ordered at kiosk but got all the answers a and help we needed.

OMG, no. We asked for a manager (we got the front end employee who insisted they were trained to help, holding a binder, who instead of listing any options, said “tell me what you want and I can see if it’s GF”) when we walked in, we were told they have gluten free bread and the only option is the veggie burger (which is NOT GF) and French fries. Considered getting just fries, but wasn’t satisfied they would be GF. When I got the rest of the order, I overheard another worker list the GF options- burger, pulled pork, etc... to another unsatisfied GF needing patron. I wouldn’t get the food on the chance, I’d pack and bring food to be safe. We did get some GF cookies, they were good!
Food is fairly basic (salads, burgers, chicken) but they have several options and GF buns. They also have a dedicated fryer for French fries.
We ate there lunch recently and they can prepare most of the menu GF. Me and wife asked two persons about cross-contamination and both confirmed that GF options are prepared without risk of cross-contamination! This applies to fries, salads and even sandwiches and burgers prepared with GF bread. This is the most GF-friendly "Park" restaurant we have seen so far and even beats the Disney parks (which have relative safe GF options in our experience).
Yes
Very cool place. You can order from a kiosk so there is no pressure or mistakes with the order. Nice surprise at Kennedy Space Center. Thanks NASA!
