Original Anclote

Waiters and chef are very helpful, understanding, and clear about what can and can not be made fully gluten free - I am super sensitive and celiac diagnosis. They clean everything very well and separate everything when cooking. They went over every ingredient in each dish we ordered and told me with their tortillas while they could cook them separately in new oil and a new pan, the tortillas are not made locally from all corn, in a flour free facility and so they can't say what happens in the facility, if they are mixed with flour at all, so they wouldn't even offer them to me. Everything was delicious, we had the local fresh fish and house made guacamole, no mixes, all sauces were from fresh ingredients and made in separate pans and on clean cutting boards. It was very easy to communicate with the waiter and he understood entirely in English which was a super sweet bonus and not expected.
