Came to meet a friend and they have so many GF options available. I'm very happy

I ordered my salad (bbq chicken salad) went to affirm it was gluten free, as specified on the menue. The person taking my order had no idea what gluten free was, and had to ask me what it was... For a business the prides itself on being gf/ vegan etc there staff does not have a clue...

It’s really hit or miss here. Told them I have celiacs. Got a gluten free wrap but they filled it with sauces that aren’t gluten free. Not worth the gamble. Wish they took it seriously.

We have eaten dinner and lunch here to go many times. They are always careful to ensure my order is gluten and dairy free. We finally are in yesterday for brunch, I was very clear no dairy no gluten and they assured me my order would be fine. I had the Cheat Day wrap with no cheese. Within 3-4 hours I was so sick and now I had to take a half day from work because I'm not feeling well. So sad because it's a great place but I won't go back.

Love their super fruit bowls and coconut chia pudding! Just make sure you sub out GF granola on it. Also had GF muffins that were good!

I have visited this restaurant several times, and never feel well after visiting. Every time I go in, its a different story as to what is safe for me to eat, and what isn't.

Ask questions. Yes, they have a gluten free wrap that they can substitute for just about anything but, you have to make sure the actual items inside of that wrap are gluten free! If you get past that, foods pretty good!

I ordered delivery on a clearly marked gf item. From the level of symptoms I encountered, I believe I was subjected to cross contamination by a shared utensil or something. To be fair, I did not go in and deliberately tell them to change gloves/wash hands or use new utensils. They may be safe dining in.

Many GF options clearly labeled on the menu. Ate here two days in a row, salads both days!

They have gf wraps and bread plus salads and bowls. Taste is great!

So many different gf options! I had one of their tai chop sandwiches:). They said they make the gf ones in a separate area. I didn’t get sick :)
