the pizza may or may not have been good. I'm not sure. I waited an hour for my pizza, when it came out wrong, they said it would be another half an hour before they could make another. every order that went out of that kitchen in the hour I sat there was wrong. so here I am, an hour and 20 minutes past ordering and I am headed somewhere else to get dinner.
Great tasting but make sure you eat the whole thing (be it yourself or by sharing) because its taste changes significantly (for the worse) over night.

Mmm, they also are happy to leave one side sauce-free for my tomato-sensitive son.
They Cook GF pizza on an individual use pan. I have never gotten sick.

This is not a complaint about the food-it's always been good; this review is about the worst customer service I've ever received. I ordered several items online for delivery (confirmation #39). It was promised to be delivered by 5:40 p.m. I received a phone call at 6:03 saying that the delivery driver was lost and that I would not be receiving any food at all. I asked to speak with the manager and she said the same thing - I wouldn't be receiving any food at all because they were too busy. Guess what, so am I and I had already waited about an hour an a half. The manager said that I could come in to the store sometime next week to pick up a coupon. REALLY???!! My order should have been made a priority and delivered to me as soon as possible, but all I got out of the manager was that I wasn't going to receive any food at all and that I could go out of MY WAY to pick up a coupon. That is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I totally get that the driver got lost, but to be told that I'm not going to get any food delivered is simply ridiculous and uncalled for. Original Gino's has lost me as a customer and I will make sure that my experience this evening will be put out there as a review in all websites I can find. Unbelievable.
