They are extremely careful especially with the hibachi side. They cater to several allergies and are very good at letting you know what may have gluten and how they can work around it

Very accommodating for gluten free. The waitress knew exactly what I meant when I said I couldn’t have soy sauce or gluten and I suggested Tamari sauce and she had it. My family had hibachi, but they offered to cook mine in the back separately and it was delicious. She also said no salad dressing and soup (bc they had gluten) and the shrimp appetizer is just grilled. I was be nervous about what to eat here but it worked out just fine. I also got a California roll.
