Love this place. Great experiences for a girl with CD.

Went there and was told by staff they can't guarantee GF.
Lots of options for gf. Just make sure that the tortillas are corn and not flour. Very good about not cross contamination

Called to order takeout based on reviews here and was disappointed to be told the chips are made in a shared fryer with the flour tortillas for the taco salads. Also, the employee who answered the phone had no idea what was gluten free and set the phone down to ask another employee. I could hear their conversation and heard them discussing options. Neither had any idea and then she finally came back and said, "we say get the chicken tacos because we know those are gluten free but nothing else is". With that answer, I would start FAR away from this place!

We’ve visited a couple of different Oscar’s in the Nashville area multiple times when we come into town, but this is by far the best one overall! Service was friendly, but a little slow to get the food out considering the lunch rush had not begun. The few others in the restaurant were waiting as well, but didn’t seem to mind. Once our food arrived and we began eating, we understood why. The food was fresher, better looking and tastier than the other locations. By the time we left, people were coming in droves. If you stop in, just make sure you try to do it outside of rushes.

I didn’t see anything indicating a gluten free menu, but I ordered chicken nachos (there are also steak, surf & turf, & vegetarian options) and they were delicious! Given the number of quesadillas being made, though, we will see if cross-contamination ends up being an issue for me.

Stayed at the hotel across the street so we enjoyed the convenience and the walk! We went around 5pm so no one was there yet but found the staff to be short with us, despite all being adults not college kids.
We both ordered the chicken fajitas to go, and were able to sub corn tortillas. The portions were enough for us but curious to see if they are larger dining in. Tasted good and the price was under $10 each with a drink.

They were very nice but had no clue what gluten was. They thought that ALL tortillas were gluten free and told me that their FLOUR tortillas were gluten-free. I ask if it was wheat flour and she said yes. She then told me that their fryers only fried corn chips and corn taco shells. I thought she understood when I told her how being celiac made me very sensitive to gluten. She assured me I would be safe. Needless to say I am now paying the price for trusting someone else.
