Lovely place to get breakfast. I got the hash (which is one of the few things on the menu marked GF) and it was really good! The server said more things could be made GF as well.

A great little spot by the beach! The menu only has a few marked gluten free items but i talked to the owner and almost everything can be made gluten free! They have a dedicated cooking space for gluten free items and their frier is totally gluten free!!! All the things they fry uses a rice based batter and is gluten free. I would highly recommend!!

Enjoyable, friendly place for breakfast. I had my usual breakfast of eggs and bacon but with gf arepa instead of toast. Never having had an arepa before, I wanted to try it by itself first. I'm a fan of both the arepa and the sauce that came with it. Tomorrow I'm going back for an Eggs Benedict. They can substitute a gf arepa for the English muffin and the hollandaise sauce is gf. Wish we lived closer because there are several other options, I'd love to try. Our server was very knowledgeable and checked with the kitchen when she wasn't absolutely sure. Some items are listed on the menu as gf and other items can be modified.

Not a ton of gluten free options, but had a few options and yummy food in a fun atmosphere.
This restaurant was recommended to us for breakfast, so we went there. First of all when we asked about gluten free menu choices before we were seated, several things were pointed out to us, but we were informed that they did not have gluten free bread but there were many menu items that could be made gluten free. I chose to order the arepas breakfast because they offer the arepas as a gluten free choice as a substitute for bread at an extra charge of $1.00, so I thought I would go to the one thing on the menu that I did not have to have modification made in order to make it gluten free. The long and short of this review is that I was glutened. I was sick within an hour of leaving the restaurant.

Plenty of gluten-free options on their regular menu, with a sort of Mexican twist. Knowledgeable staff. Breakfast and lunch only. Nice space, close to the beach.
