This is the only place in Italy where I was somewhat worried about eating because I had to explain to the waiter what gluten was. I pulled up an Italian language restaurant card so he could read it. Others in the restaurant understood and told me what I could eat and steered me away from what I could not. I had Roman chicken and it was very good. I did not get sick. Nice atmosphere and good prices.

Chose this restaurant from the app. When we arrived there is a big sign saying Cucina Senza glutine. We asked the Waiter if there was a gluten free menu and he replied, no, we can make all the anti-pasta and premi (pasta) courses gluten free. Both my wife and so ordered pasta with chickpeas and muscles. Absolutely delicious! Wonderful and friendly staff - great prices. Try the Bellini cocktail :)

Most importantly, safe for celiacs - staff was very knowledgable and took full precautions. GF pasta for any of the pasta dishes. GF bread and Bruschetta. Highly recommend. One of the better quality food options both for GF and non GF. Pasta was excellent. The bread and bruschetta were average. Great atmosphere.
