I ordered the 12 inch gluten free pizza. Went to pick it up. Box seemed big do even asked to confirm it was gluten free. Was told yes. Walked home only to find a regular 16 inch pizza in the box. Tried to call but no one answered the phone since they’d closed 4 minutes earlier. $30 for nothing.

They are not a dedicated gluten Free facility, but they do have gluten free options and j have never gotten sick from there, and have trust their gluten free food and it is amazing.

Yummy GF Pizza!! Best I’ve ever had.

Well, they advertise a gluten free crust, so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered online with a note that I have celiac. Someone called me to cancel my order because they said that they aren't "THAT gluten free. I appreciated their honesty (some places would just serve something that makes you sick), but if someone didn't make it a point to specify that they had celiac and just trusted that gluten free is actually gluten free, it would be a problem.

No

Best gluten free crust! It’s also vegan. They also have vegan cheese, Violife brand. Soooo good.

Reviews from other Otto locations say those kitchens are not celiac safe. Not sure about this one.

Ordered gf pizza delivered, wonderful! Great real crust, will be new place for pizza!

They can do most things on the menu gluten free. The server was extremely safe and knowledgeable. Food was really good.

Warning! Do NOT eat here at the South Boston location if you have celiac! They do not take them seriously. Guy who took my order said “yes” to all of my questions about safety protocols, then likely didn’t follow any of them. My daughter was violently ill within 5 mins of eating the pizza. Avoid this location at all costs!
