Ouray Brewery

We informed them of a gluten and dairy allergy when ordering. After finishing my last wing I saw what looked like a small piece of cheese at the bottom of the tray. When I asked about it, they told me there is blue cheese in the Buffalo wing sauce. I would avoid as they don’t seem to know their ingredients well.

I spoke at length with my server and he brought out the allergen list binder. Obviously it’s a brewery so you’re at risk for cc. They DO NOT have separate fryers, so no fries. They claim to have GF beer and cider but I didn’t even try it. They have a separate bun toaster and they don’t mix with burgers. I had a naked burger and side salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Will report back if I have a reaction but so far I’m okay.

This is not a GF restaurant or brewery. They tell you up front that they have no GF food except salad and all beers have Gluten.

Food was delicious, but I became very ill after eating here. :/
