I come here each summer and they get better every year! Some GF baked goods and I believe one of their protein powders is GF for smoothies/shakes. If you aren’t sure, just ask. They are super friendly here!
They had a few gluten free baked goods available, including delicious mini bundt cakes. The smoothies were also very good and the servers were friendly. Great place to grab a quick bite!
They were extremely knowledgeable about gluten/CC/Celiac. They told me the owner has Celiac. Wonderful experience!

Variety of gluten free baked goods that none of the other coffee shops in the area had available. Enjoyed the coffee cake and peanut butter protein balls.
Went there and got a smoothie and an almond ring! They didn’t have a ton of gluten free food options but it was really good!
They several gluten free options and their preparation process is very safe. The coffee is also amazing.
GO HERE. delicious gf pastries and iced tea. haven’t tried their coffee, but i’m sure it’s amazing too. mini banana bundt cake and chocolate brownie are so moist, you’ll wonder how on earth they’re gluten free.
The gluten free desserts are made in separate kitchen(not in coffee shop) and celiac safe. The desserts are wrapped and stored away from anything gluten. I bought a small banana walnut bundt cake and it was delicious!
They were sold out of GF items both days we went there. But it shows they have stuff
The service was great and the gf cinnamon bread was divine. We were impressed with how they had all the gf baked goods on one side of the cashier, and the non gf items on the other side. Super-helpful!
We also tried several smoothies, and they were all phenomenal.
All drinks are gf. Many baked goods are gf too. Very good experience
Came here every morning for breakfast I was in Cape May for baked goods. Had the almond pound cake and lemon blueberry loaf and both were amazing! When I asked about it being safe from cross contamination, I was told it was made in a gluten free kitchen and I did not get sick.
Lots of great GF baked goods and decent coffee. Thankfully open off season. Cinnamon swirl cake is delicious
The baked goods here were amazing, cinnamon swirl cake and almond bread that weren’t dry whatsoever. My only problem is overdosing on sugar as all their bakery items are sweet
My daughter is celiac and LOVED the breads/cakes they had. There were about 5/6 options to choose from. I thought they were delicious as well. Highly recommend.
There were several options which were handled separately. My picky 12 year old celiac loves the banana bread
Not only is the coffee excellent here, but the gluten free baked goods are perfection! They are moist with excellent texture. I highly recommend this place for anyone, but especially gluten free people. Four out of the seven in our group are gluten free, and we all enjoyed the baked goods and coffee. None of us got sick (and we're all pretty sensitive). This is a great place to stop before heading to the beach or before window shipping in town.
Great coffee shop that has some delicious gluten free goodies! We tried the peanut butter and cinnamon rolled balls. They were a delicious snack! Healthier choices for baked goods and they have smoothies too.
Lives up to the hype! Awesome baked goods, great coffee and she asked if I wanted the regular muffin for my son in a separate bag then the gf stuff which to me is a good sign. The gf almond pound cake is next level, just got some to freeze...if it actually makes it home!

The cinnamon cake that we picked up for my daughter. My daughter is extremely sensitive and there were no signs of contamination. The staff was very knowledgable. We will be back!
Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable about celiac. Had 4 different types of GF breakfast cakes. Offered samples. Ended up getting the almond cake. Excellent coffee also! Able to sample the brews also. Nice little coffee shop!
Great coffee and gluten free treats! Owner was knowledgeable and said it was 100% safe for celiacs. Had the cinnamon swirl loaf and felt fine all day. Can’t wait to return next time I’m in Cape May!
