Review of Outback Steakhouse

The server was very understanding and appreciated my telling her about my gluten 'allergy' and being Celiac upfront prior to giving her my order. They have a gluten free menu online. The food was exactly as I asked, they served my salad without croutons and my steak was perfect medium. Very good experience! The only reason I'm giving 4 heart for Celiac safety is because it is a shared kitchen and you do need to tell them upfront before you order if you want them to be careful of cross contamination. But all in all it's a good bet you'll be safe.
