All looked great, friendly bar tight on the beach edge. I spoke to the server and was told oysters marked GF were good to have. I picked a dozen, mainly cooked ones and included the Thai style marked GFO. I ordered at the bar and explained I was ceoliac, again I was reassured. Sadly I had a bad reaction and was definitely glutened so sadly I would not recommend. Shame as they were delicious but certainly not worth the after effects!
Lovely restaurant but be aware that GF DOES NOT mean coeliac safe.
Upon enquiry the staff confirmed that many of the options marked GF are deep fried in the same oil as gluten containing menu items.
Lots of GF options however fried options are cooked in the same vat as gluten containing foods. If allergic to gluten, do not order GF fried options.
