P is for Pie Bake Shop

I have been looking for a gf key lime pie and this was spectacular! I did a custom order for a key lime curd pie with meringue, regular gf (not graham cracker) crust. We will definitely return here again! Note that they require 72 hours advance order on their gluten-free pies (definitely worth the wait).

They have mason jar cream pies. When I asked about gluten free, they made me one without any crust. Chocolate, banana, or coconut cream pie - delicious
