The server was a bit unsure about what gluten meant, but I explained it to her, and she gave me a full rundown of my best options. When she wasn't sure, she talked to the chef. I ordered the pad see ew, and it was delicious! She made a note for the chef to ensure it was gluten-free, and everything was perfect.
