Best gluten-free burger with a bun I've ever had! The waitress was extremely knowledgeable about celiac disease and took great care of me. The kitchen orders their buns and pizza crusts from a specialty gluten-free distributor. They also have two kinds of Glutenberg beer, IPA and blonde, plus Whiteclaw and Strongbow cider. They don't have a gluten-free menu and items aren't marked specifically gluten free, but the menu indicates if a gluten-free crust or bun is available. They also don't have a dedicated fryer, but they have no problems substituting a salad instead of fries.

Waitress did not seem knowledgeable or concerned. Several GF options. Advised the waitress of celiac disease and asked for her to indicate gluten free is due to this, not a preference to kitchen staff. She said “I just press a button and they know to use the gluten free pizza crust.” Concerned about potential for cross contamination. Felt the waitress was unaware or not concerned.

Had a burger yesterday with g free bun and side salad. Tasted delicious and the server was well versed about gluten free options. I upgraded my lunch to get an arcade pass too- was super fun!
