Absolutely the best food I have ever eaten thus far being paleo. It’s been so long since I’ve been able to order an entire meal and not minus or substitute everything off so I can eat it and still be worried about being glutened or dairied lol. I ordered the Paleo nachos and the Sweet potato knocchi. Absolutely AMAZING flavor. Twenty nine hundred stars.

We used to go to The Paleo Connection quite a bit. Nikki (the owner, cook, server) is friendly and helpful and the food is very good--especially for those with dietary restrictions like grains and dairy. However, the last time we went, the small place was overcrowded and no one--including Nikki--was wearing a mask. At our age, too risky. Sadly, we won't be back until the pandemic is over.

We recently moved to the area and had to try this restaurant. We have gone just about every week since we first stepped foot in this place. The restaurant and menu may be small but the experience is amazing. Nikki (the owner) is a true talent. Her food is incredible. To be able to walk into a restaurant and pretty much order every single thing on the menu without making changes to it almost seems like a dream.

This isn't your typical restaurant. She creates a new menu each week, Tue-Fri, with typically 3 items only. Then on Saturday it's a new menu just for that day, with about 3 items. If you are the type of person that wants to order the same thing each visit, this place may not be for you.

Everything is gluten free by nature of it being Paleo. You'll swear it's not, but it is. It's that good. We literally plan our Saturdays around eating here.

Very small, 3 menu choices but absolutely delicious!! Waffles over vegetarian chili? I was skeptical but so glad I tried it. Unbelievably tasty. Will definitely return when I’m in sarasota.

This place is amazing! Everything is prepared to order - and comes out hot like it should! I love Nikki’s creative touch! It’s so rare to be able to eat 100% gluten free somewhere and also have a beautiful and delightful dish. The restaurant is entirely Paleo - so there is no gluten no dairy no grains etc. You won’t miss it, the food is delicious! I only wish she could clone herself and open for dinner too.

I own Paleo Connection and to address our one star review claiming we don't have a "gluten free" menu... Our entire facility is dedicated gluten free. We don't have a separate gluten free menu because it's all gluten free. We are 120% celiac safe. I serve children daily with celiac disease. Perhaps Lisa is confused with where she dined. We do not sell rice as it is a grain. Nor have we ever carried grouper. I love my job and work extremely hard to accommodate people with dietary restrictions. To have an untrue one star review reported deters business and is, quite frankly, hurtful.

Dedicated GF restaurant. The whole restaurant is paleo, so no grains, dairy, etc. The food is delicious and the few baked good offerings are outstanding. We will be returning. (The one review who says this is not safe for celiacs seems to be misplaced)

I don’t understand the lady named Lisa’s post. It makes absolutely no sense. The entire restaurant is dedicated to Paleo food. A paleo diet excludes all grains and gluten. This place is ridiculously delicious and healthy. I highly recommend eating here! The owner mysteriously makes cauliflower taste like real mashed potatoes. Her food tastes indulgent without the guilt. Even my non gf husband was in love with the food!

There was no gluten free menu, the majority of the food could not be made gluten free. My husband had the broiled grouper with rice and green beans and still had some gluten issues after eating it.

I have eaten there twice. Both times the food was amazing! The last time I had Paleo chicken and waffles. Definitely worth checking out. The menu changes weekly.
