I went on a very busy weeknight. The server didn't know what was GF and was too busy and distracted to check for me.
I got the roast chicken. It ended up not coming with the caper sauce, because I guess that had gluten in it. Wish I had known!! So I got an overcooked chicken breast with no sauce. If I had known that, I would have opted for a GF pasta (GF pizza is marked as CC on the menu).
Don't recommend this place for celiacs.
We came in and were pleasantly surprised that they knew exactly how to handle celiac. The owner/head waiter walked us through the menu and what my wife can get that’s gluten free, check with the chef regarding the soup, and even walked us through what can get cross contamination and what can’t. Great experience
cross contamination and/or gluten in other ingredients in almost all courses. they knew about that, and that's nice, but it is actually not a restaurant for celiacs
Gluten free pasta and pizza options. They can make any pasta on their menu with gluten free pasta. They also have gluten free pizza crust available. During happy hour, get 2 drinks and a gluten free pizza for only $5.
