Best gluten free pizza on the planet

I've visited the Irving branch Palio's Pizza Cafe going on a year to date. This cafe/restaurant is awesomely responsible when it comes to GF ordering and processing. The staff takes extreme caution from the order at the cashier to the prepping to the delivery to your table or boxing to go. I've not gotten sick any of the 13 times I've eaten and the pizza crust is hands-down one of the best tasting around. Also the ingredients are fresh and there is an option for GF dessert!

What I enjoy most is the family friendly environment. When you walk in the door, you are not a visitor, but immediately engaged in familiar convo.

Truly tasty GF thin crust. Jason told us they use a separate baking sheet, change gloves, etc. After one stellar experience, I went back a week later. Unfortunately, Jason was not there, and I had some significant digestive issues afterward. Not for celiacs, but a great pizza place for those who can take a little risk.

The gluten free pizza crust was excellent! And the sauce went well with the crust. It's difficult to find good gluten free pizza, so it was refreshing to discover Palio's in Irving. The owner, Jason, is very nice. He greets and checks on everyone I make sure their experience has been great. We will definitely be coming back here. Another bonus: it's BYOB!
