NOT GLUTEN FREE!!!!! Gluten friendly-ish at best if even that. We went to Pal’s after reading reviews on here. Both my son and I are super sensitive CD and I know the risks of eating out. The owner came out after we received our food and was super friendly. Ended up telling him we were a gf family and the look on his face when he asked how sensitive we were said it all…………. We got contaminated and got super sick. We did share our experience and repercussions to the restaurant as the owner asked for feedback.

I LOVE this place! Their pizza is amazing. Both the cauliflower and “Gluten free” crusts are safe and I usually get the cauliflower. Lots of other GF items available and staff is knowledgeable. The nachos are also amazing!! Their ranch is DELICIOUS. Fun, low key brewery atmosphere in the Midwest. Tell the wait staff to flag your order for gluten free.

Friendly staff, very helpful. I had the gf nachos which were delicious! We tried the baked cheese curds. Many options clearly marked.

I called ahead to confirm this was safe for gluten allergies and they checked and said yes, and that an owner also has a gluten allergy. I had the veggie on cauliflower crust (no beer-marinated mushrooms) and it was delicious. We really enjoyed this road trip stop on a beautiful evening - it's not far off 80. Lots of room to be outside and stretch your legs, and feel safer about covid, too.

Loved this place for a lunch break midway between Lincoln, NE & Cheyenne, WY! I know it would have been healthier to have a salad, but the BBQ rib tips & Parmesan truffle fries sounded too good to resist & were delicious indeed! I appreciated GF menu items being marked. Makes ordering much less of a chore!

The pizza, both cauliflower and gluten free crust choices were excellent. I go to North Platte occasionally and will go there again. I will get a pizza to take on my way back home before I leave town. I am very sensitive and did not get sick. Server said there was a designated prep area for gluten free. Yummy!

Found Pal’s using the FMGF app. We ordered two cauliflower crust pizzas, and both were phenomenal! Friendly service and the restaurant was very clean.
Pal’s is a brewery. Though we didn’t drink, we were told they have GF Beer. The atmosphere is causal and up beat.

I had a GF pizza, the Farmers. This was one of the best cauliflower crusts I have ever had! The chef came out to talk to me about the ingredients since I can’t have soy either. They were so nice. Great atmosphere!

We just stopped through North Platte. There weren't a lot of GF options in the area, we took a chance and tried Pals...it turned out to be great. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had pizza with the GF cauliflower crust: it was small but delicious. We had the Farmette, it comes with beer marinated mushrooms, but they happily substituted it for regular mushrooms. Since there were two of us, we also got a salad. Again, the salad was really good. What's pizza without beer? Well, they have bottled GF beer that's decent.
