Very good and lots of gluten free options and is definitely a little hidden gem. All the food we got was amazing and freshly made.

A little gem, slightly out of the way. Terrific place for a local and safe lunch. Menu items are familiar to Americans but with a completely local twist. Everything was fresh and delicious and presented beautifully. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Internationally studied chef who is trying to revive the use of native corn from local organic farmers. Non-GMO. The base of all their dishes is corn with the exception of one or two items. We told the chef we needed Gluten free and she knew exactly what we needed. 99% of the products she uses is locally sourced ex. Corn, cheese, veggies. Today we had quesadillas, mushroom quesadilla, chicharrón quesadilla and ground beef and potatoes. Drinks are amazing we have had coconut limeade and Pinole (toasted maíz, cocoa, cinnamon and sugar).
