The waiter was aware of what options were gluten free and was very willing to make any requests to the chef that we needed (using corn tortillas and cooking them on a safe surface). I got steak fajitas and subbed out the refried beans (contains gluten) for extra guacamole to put on top of my fajitas. Note: the chips are made in a shared fryer so are not celiac safe)
I wish there was options for gluten free desserts, other than ice cream.
