Review of Panda House Restaurant

Food is delicious and the server assured us that they could make anything gluten free, however, we did not get the sense that they understand celiac and the risks of cross-contamination. There were fried noodles on the table when we sat down - I had to ask the host to remove them - and we were given (non-GF) fortune cookies at the end of the meal. We ordered food that would be GF anyway (nothing fried), and enjoyed the meal, but I am asymptomatic, so I have no way of knowing if I was glutened. If you are celiac and sensitive, I might choose another place. If you are simply gluten free, the food was excellent and the servers friendly and helpful.
