We walked in the sun and traffic from Vittoria to find this little gem. So glad we did!! Everything is GF and what we tried was super delicious! The paninis and the pistachio cake drizzled with honey.

Gorgeous fresh food. Entirely gluten free. The sandwiches are on homemade focaccia - soft with a slight chew, none of the characteristic gumminess or pap so prevalent in gluten free breads.

We had mozzarella and mortadella, and tuna and rocket sandwiches. Suppli (don’t call them arancini) were good too. The salads were a standout - quinoa, aubergine and feta, chickpea with peaches and figs. The peaches in particular were a revelation.

Lots of cakes, but never got round to trying them. Next trip!

Completely gluten free shop! The sandwiches were yummy but the two dessert items were lacking either flavor or moistness (needing butter or something to help). Overall a good spot that offers noodles for purchase- we got a few fun shapes to try back in the US!

Very safe for celiacs. Nice rice/tomato//mozarella/ fried balls. Rice dish with vegetables was supergood!!. Love this place, and not expensive

Very nice pastries, all gluten free but not dairy free. Only one option dairy free. Prices are really good as well and they had greek yogurt bowls. Not a lot of options tho.

Focaccia bread and sandwich was amazing. Definitely worth stopping in for that. The carrot cake was a little dry - I have a better recipe that I make at home. Coffee is a pass. Stick with the focaccia!

The woman behind the counter spoke wonderful English and was very helpful with my dairy allergy, on top of gluten and shellfish allergies (neither of which were ever in the shop). I had a mixed bowl with roasted vegetables with rice, chickpea salad, and pancetta, which I took home and had the next day for breakfast. It was fantastic, flavorful, clearly high quality ingredients. Location near the Pantheon was very convenient.

The one down side is that none of their beautiful gf sweets were dairy free. I really enjoyed my savory bowl, and went to get sorbet instead.

The bakery is fully gf. There were only 3 baked good options for breakfast. Carrot cake, a lemon tart and a chocolate chip cookie but all were absolutely delicious. Cappuccino and espresso were also amazing. Only wish they had more options

Excellent experience and good food. We had arancini and an eggplant ragu which were delicious. We also had a brownie which was nice, but a touch dry. Still I won’t fault them on that - the rest of the meal made up for that! Sad I can’t go back to try more food.

The toilet was super clean. There was free Water to your meal, which was great. The location is also very nice and cute. The food itself was very good, but you could Taste the Gluten free in it, because it was a little hard. The service was amazing a d very kind.
