Great sandwiches, they came out separate than the regular sandwiches and designated on delivery. Great ingredients, great bread, the Italians really know how to make one heck of a sandwich. Was so good thought of ordering again. Quiet end of the street so out of the full chaos that this town can create.

Sandwiches were amazing! The bread was so fresh and ingredients very fresh! They prepped the Gf sandwiches in the kitchen away from the rest of the sandwiches! Great find in this little city would highly recommend
My non-gluten free husband got a gluten free sandwich so we can share and he was amazed with the bread!! Fantastic find, delicious panini. Highly recommend stopping by here for lunch while in Alberobello! They have the AIC celiac seal of approval sign on their door. Also, not sure why I’m seeing multiple comments saying they waited more than 30 min, we got our order practically within 5 minutes of sitting down lol. It was a quiet when we arrived though, so likely the service is relatively to how busy they are.
It was absolutely delicious. The roll tasted like it wasn’t gluten free. So yummy and fresh. It was about a 30 minute wait though and it didn’t seem busy so I was surprised.
This came recommended by a gf friend and it was insane. Takes a while to come out but im pretty sure thats because its freshly baked bread. It came out warm and so crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Worth going to Alberobello just for this <3 My partner said his normal one was incredible too.
Sandwiches here are fantastic. The bread seems artisanal…definitely not out of a package. Had a nice local white wine and a panino. The let me substitute eggplant for cheese since I can’t have dairy either. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing gluten free sandwich. So many flavour options with delicious meats and cheeses. The gluten free bread is really good as well. They also open quite early so you can get a takeaway sandwich for later if you’re on the go or travelling that day.
Amazing GF sandwich !!! They are AIC certified. Very very knowledgeable. They took there time to walk Me through their preparation area and I tested with the Nima Gluten tester and it’s was GF and Delicious !!!!
