Not possible to have anything gluten free. Flour is on everything and bread crums everywhere. Staff awareness of gluten issues isn't good. They don't understand crums will make some sick.
While the Panera menu is limited the manager did a wonderful job of preparing our meal herself to make sure it was not cross contaminated.
I have ordered at this location safely for years, but was told today that they cannot provide anything gluten free.

Panera has a very limited “gluten conscious” menu online that includes a couple salads and smoothies. The menu shows ingredient list. When we arrived they were not very busy so I felt comfortable asking if they use their blender for anything other than the smoothies. They also make their coffees in them…which include the syrups (not sure if they are GF). They were very accommodating and went and got a clean/new blender from the back, showed me it was new, and used that for our smoothies. Also got a couple salads and apples. No symptoms afterward.
