The manager came out with an allergen list to help me order something gluten-free. They list vegetarian and low fat on the menu, but it doesn’t specify gluten-free. I checked my food with a Nima and it was gluten-free, had the corn chowder with a salad.
I ordered off the gluten free menu. Manager reinforced to the cashier how to tag the order as gluten free and that she would notify the prep line. Order arrived and I found fried wonton wrappers under the apples on my salad. These were definitely not gluten free. I approached the prep person and she appeared confused, did not understand that the item contained gluten and was meant to be left off the salad. The manager apologized and prepared a new salad. Panera has the safety measures in place and the manager knew them, but if the employees on the prep line aren’t trained then the policies are useless.

They gave me the wrong dressing on my greek salad, greek salad dressing is not sweet. Its already the only thing i can eat at Panera that doesn’t make me ill. I ate it and felt sick later and have no way of knowing if it was the salad dressing or something else i ate and now I’m scared to go back.

Flour is everywhere, definitely not safe. I would not recommend eating here

Panera uses gluten in almost all their salad dressings and soups. Totally unsafe to eat their foods. Not to mention cross contamination.
No
They have an allergens list available. If you tell them you have an allergy, the manager makes your food themselves. Still can't guarantee no cross contamination but I got a salad and didn't have any issues.
