A beautiful atmosphere with VERY good (celiac safe gluten free) food options at very reasonable prices. Our server Alexis was phenomenal! She was knowledgeable and aware about celiac, which was very reassuring. Great beer selection (for your non-celly friends) and an unbelievable bottled wine list.
The elk meatballs were amazing. Can make a few more items gf then on the menu. It was good. The curry was the highlight!
This was a fantastic meal and I felt super safe! We ordered the pork belly and Caesar salad as starters. Then we had the filet mignon and bison. We ended with the creme brûlée. ALL was amazing! The atmosphere, the service, the taste and items are marked GF and I was reassured several times they take precautions in the kitchen!
Omg the best dinner we’ve had in so long. Very accommodating for GF and also for DF options. Everything was absolutely delicious - curry, bison steak & fries, and crispy pork belly 🤤
I was looking forward to eating here after reading the comments. We were not disappointed. The chicken satay was ok. My husband and I ordered different burgers and they were delicious! The menu is very clearly labeled with allergy info. The gf bun was pretty good. I would go back for the mushroom burger. Our server was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I did not have a reaction.
I’d had a bad experience at The Good Food Store earlier in the day at lunchtime because a rude deli staff worker couldn’t be bothered to go get a loaf of gluten free bread to make me a GF panini (I complained to a very nice mgr later over the phone about it). So… I was so glad we took a walk from our hotel at dinner time & found Pangea. We were able to sit outside in the rain-washed air (welcome after days of smoke from eastern ND to eastern MT) & enjoy a cocktail & small dinner. Their GF flatbread pizza with sausage & peppers was delicious & we devoured it!
We were really excited to go after reading the other reviews. Vibe is cool. It’s a seat yourself. We sat in one of the large booths. The waitress was awesome. She was very personable (she reminded us of our oldest daughter ❤). Everything is labeled (g, d, v, etc) for gluten free, dairy free, vegan, etc. it makes it super simple for those with one allergy or many! The food was ok. My husband (no allergies or such) raved about the tomato bacon bisque. I will say the pickled cucumber salad was amazing.
They have a GF flatbread option that is divine. Absolutely the best gluten free crust I have ever had!!! They also have a dedicated fryer.
