Excellent experience, they really saved the day - after hunting high and low around Arricefe airport these guys had GF baguettes on offer with three different fillings. Made to order and cooked in a separated sealed bag for safety. Did take around 10 mins so not for those in a hurry!
Agree with previous poster, great to have a GF option in the airport. Options today we're chicken and cheese or bacon and cheese baguette. Baguette was cooked separately in the kitchen in a bag, this did take a few extra minutes but it was worth the wait. Gorgeous crunchy baguette like real bread!

Ondanks de drukte namen ze de tijd; het glutenvrije broodje werd achterin bereid. Door de drukte werd aangegeven dat de bereiding 20 minuten zou duren. We wilden de ingrediënten weten vanwege mogelijk gebruik van glutenvrij tarwezetmeel. Een foto van de ingrediënten bevestigde dat het veilig was. Het glutenvrije brood komt uit Madrid, en vanwege de vliegreis werd het zorgvuldig in zilverfolie verpakt. Het broodje wordt warm geserveerd. De cappuccino is ook mogelijk alleen erg bitter.Patat en muffins kunnen ook.
They were super helpful and had a celiac safe option! I ate a chicken cheese sandwich, they also mentioned bacon, and an omelette. They cooked it in a sealed bag labeled Sin Gluten. The bread was honestly some of the best I’ve had traveling
Only gluten free place I found at lanzerotes airport. But they offered me a cheese and bacon baguette made hot. It comes in a sealed bag which it’s cooked in for no cross contamination.
