There is no distinction on the menu between items that are already GF, and items that can be made GF by removing ingredients. Many of the items they say are GF are prepared in a shared fryer with non-GF foods. The staff are knowledgeable about cross contact, but there aren’t many options that are actually safe. I ate the chips, which I was told were GF, and got sick.

The food was ok, but come to find out after ordering, a lot of the food that’s marked gluten free on the menu is fried and it’s in a shared fryer. We were already there and settled so we stayed, but couldn’t get what we actually wanted.

I've eaten here multiple times and never been sick. Generally the servers are knowledgeable, but be sure you ask always! Sometimes you're given flour tortillas instead of corn, for example.
Gluten free items are indicated on the menu, which is always appreciated. However, the quality of the food has gone down over the past few years and it's over-priced.

My daughter is very sensitive and is very well at this restaurant. The servers are very knowledgeable. The food is excellent!
