The chain itself states that they cannot guarantee gluten-free, but the team at this particular restaurant goes above and beyond to provide a completely guaranteed gluten-free pizza. The manager has multiple allergies and sanitizes the entire preparation area and ensures that all of the ingredients are pulled fresh onto the Udi’s gluten-free crust. It was a wonderful experience, and I had absolutely no issues. What a great experience and a great group of people 💜

They use Udi’s crust, not a separate kitchen but I told them I’m Celiac and the person cleaned space and change gloves to make my pizza, also used clean utensils to spread sauce and was extra careful. Didn’t get sick
