They have medium gluten free pizza crusts, they do charge extra for the crust.

My son has Celiac and is very sensitive to trace amounts of gluten. You can opt for crustless “keto-friendly” or the Udi’s crust. This location is good about practices to prevent cross-contamination and my son has not had a reaction after eating here. He actually likes the taste better than some other pizza restaurants that serve GF options.

I ordered over the phone and the manager has celiac. They took out new gloves and got all new ingredients from the back. Also used news spoons. It is a pizza place and of course cross contamination could happen however I love that they did everything they could to prevent it. I’m willing to take that risk. I have never gotten sick from the Owatonna store. Oh by the way, they have a gluten free crust that is sent in not made there or you can get a crust less pizza.

The pizza is always great there, it’s take & bake so they put all the ingredients on but you bake it yourself. They have a gluten-free crust option and if you don’t like crust they even have a crustless pizza option which I have gotten multiple times and loved it, it tastes just like regular pizza. Always fresh ingredients and they make the pizza at the time of the order so it’s not like other chains where they make pizza and keep it around for a while until needed.
