Clean spot. Friendly service. Ordered 50/50 regular wings and the mild version of the spicy wings. Batter was crunchy and wings cooked perfectly. They gave us the spicy spicy sauce to taste before ordering and warned it was super hot, but a slow burn. They were 100% on point, so we opted for mild spicy. Great flavor and our older digestive systems were grateful for the honest warning. Kinda wished for a dipping sauce for the plain wings, but also very munch enjoyed the tender meat and crunchy crust!
Absolutely incredible chicken wings! My celiac daughter is obsessed. SUPER friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!
Amazing chicken wings! They have gluten-free soy sauce made with tamari if you ask. Absolutely delicious.

Food was delicious. Talked to the manager who reassured the wings were gluten free. My whole family loved these wings.
Everything except the soy sauce is gluten free. The chicken is all rice flour and so delicious. It’s crispy and juicy. Plus, the owner was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I’ll be a regular here.
Update: this is simply the best chicken. We get it as often as is reasonable for our budgets and waistlines. Please eat here so they stay in business forever.
Their chicken is delicious and all of it is made with rice flour. They have a gluten free soy and spicy flavors which are super delicious! I am really sensitive if even a little bit of cross contamination and I’ve never had any symptoms after eating here. Worth the drive across town!
went here for the first time today. the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. the cashier told me which sauces were gluten-free and said she did not recommend the fries or sweet potato fries for a celiac since they come in an unlabeled package and cannot be sure they are safe. i got the mild chicken pops since i don’t like wings. the flavor and crunch were SO good. my only issue is that they were dark meat, but it was my fault for not asking about that. i plan to go back! p.s. the chicken is made to order so it takes a little longer than you mite expect; if you are in a hurry, call ahead!
Delicious wings! I got the gf tamari and mild spicy. Mild was incredible!
My bf got the hot spicy and loved it but admitted it’s spicy. Definitely love that you can get a large and split flavors since they are all made with rice flour. The only flavors off limits are soy sauce flavors. Will be back! Feeling great after eating them too
A side note they have Arizona iced teas to drink :)
This place is awesome. Delicious gluten-free fried chicken and the owner is able to answer all questions. They take celiac seriously! Chicken is so f-ing good. One of my fav spots to take friends in LA.

Wow!!! Just had Papas fried chicken for the first time and it’s AMAZING!!! Best gluten free, celiac safe, fried chicken I’ve had in LA!!! I’ve tried soooo many places…These wings/ chicken pops are crispy on the outside, just the right amount of sauce and the chicken is juicy and tender…. They have a celiac safe tamarind sauce and the mild sauce, both delicious. The ranch and honey mustard are on point too… a good portion size/ value for the money as well…. The owners are very sweet and you can tell the food is made with a lot of love…. Made to order and they may run out so go early!!! I’ll be back for sure!!!
We went there over spring break. My son wanted to try this place since him and I have celiac. It said “no flour” in big letters on the menu. Let me tell you the wings were delicious. They were big and cooked just right. They were perfect-right amount of sauce! We had no reaction which is a big plus in my book. The woman who waited on us was so nice and personable. She gave us extra napkins with out us asking. We had a nice conversation with her as well. I highly recommend if your in the area. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you to Papa’s Chicken. We will definitely be back when we are in the area
My first time getting to eat Korean fried chicken and Papa's Chicken did not disappoint! The woman behind the counter was very hospitipitable, walking me through everything on the menu that I could eat when I mentioned I had Celiac disease. She even asked me if I found the place through Find Me Gluten Free (which I did)! The food takes about half an hour to come out as it is made from scratch to order. It was worth the wait and then some. The spicy wings had just the right amount of sauce (I prefer over-sauced to under-sauced, but these were just right) and were not too spicy but still had enough of a kick. The wings have a crunchy exterior and super tender and well-cooked interior. These were seriously good wings. I'm glad to know about Papa's Chicken and I plan to return soon!
If you are craving wings, look no further! This place is such a gem. All their wings are made with rice flour and they offer GF soy sauce. Their mild wings (basically a sweet, spicy gochujang) don’t contain gluten. They are some of the lightest, crispy delicious wings I’ve ever had. The owner was incredibly kind and cautious with me when I told her I had celiac. She said their fries are store bought and she couldn’t guarantee they were safe, but I had no issues with the sweet potato fries. Highly recommend this place!

The owner was very helpful in placing my order. Good thing I ordered when I did (620pm) because when I arrived, there was a 'sold out' sign in the window. When I asked about that she said they prepare the wings fresh every day and often run out before closing.
The wings? Perfection. I have had wings all over the US. These are my new #1. Period. Amazing. I will return very soon.

They have GF soy sauce per you request otherwise they use standard. They can do the spicy sauce with the GF soy sauce but not the honey soy (I think).
Amazing staff and amazing food- they have gf soy sauce now, so you can order the soy sauce wings and request the gf soy sauce! Love this place and I wish I had it back home.
