This is one of our weekly stops. The staff is very friendly and familiar with celiac. Several odd the waitstaff either have celiac or family members with it. The cooks are great about using safe food handling techniques. Unlike a couple of other similar restaurants in the area, you don't lose out on flavour or texture.
Ate there on August 23rd, 2018. They offered gluten free soy sauce and almost all of their menu items can be prepared gluten-free. I was in a hurry and just had the chicken larb salad. It was very filling, tasty, and safe for someone with Celiac's to eat.
There were only two other parties there when we arrived (Monday night) making it easy to talk to the waiter about my celiac. I couldn't tell if he cared, but he seemed to understand so I ordered gf pad Thai. There were several interesting options, but I chose something I'm familiar with. When it arrived, the waiter asked if I wanted any gf soy sauce, and while I didn't, I felt like he did understand what I needed. He wound up being a very nice waiter. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and I am definitely willing to go back. They also do an excellent job of adjusting the spiciness of dishes.
