Staff each time I have been (3 times now, been great) responded with more detail about what meals were gluten free, and they knew how to modify them if not (aka; substitute a sauce etc). Absolutely delicious food, great value as well.

Just giving it 4 stars because the servers didn’t actually seem to know what was gluten free and I didn’t feel super safe eating here as a celiac. I went with the chicken pho since that seemed like the safest bet and I didn’t get sick- they have good food and they definitely have gf options, but celiacs: be extra thorough and double check!

I enjoyed the chicken noodle salad bowl with rice vermicelli. It had lots of veggies in it and yummy chicken.

We were honestly kinda shocked by how delicious the food was at this restaurant. I only say that because it’s in an outdoor mall. We were flying through Seattle with a 5 hour layover on a Sunday and this was one of the only appealing GF options open at the time. The staff were really knowledgeable about gluten and took good care of us. My partner got Beef Pho and I got the Coconut Curry with Chicken; we split them both. We are pho connoisseurs and we were both very impressed with their pho. The coconut curry chicken was perfectly spicy and flavorful. Restaurant is clean and the decor is nice. If we ever find ourselves in Renton/Seattle again, we will certainly try to return.

Staff is knowledgeable and great takeout food
Newly diagnosed celiac here! Grabbing dinner here Tuesday night was one of my first experiences with dining out on a gluten-free diet. I'm pleased to report that the staff was very knowledgeable about their menu & the contents of their condiments. They told me that any dish (except for those containing marinated pork) could be modified by the kitchen to exclude glutenous ingredients. My waiter also helpfully informed me that the hoisin sauce and peanut sauce were to be avoided. I ordered the gluten-free bün with prawns and onions. It was very delicious, and the portion size was generous. I had no negative physical reactions following my meal, so I'll definitely be coming back here again!

Had lunch here today after Seahawks Training camp. I followed the advice here and avoided any pork dishes. I ordered the Sauteed Rib Eye Steak Noodle Salad Bowl. I let the guy know I had a gluten allergy and he said he'd make sure my meal was gluten free. They brought the sauces out with the bowl and I was warned by two staff members to avoid the middle hoisin sauce as it is not gluten free. I felt well-taken care of.

Minus the pork, which is apparently marinated in a soy mixture, anything on the menu can be made gluten free!
