Absolutely love this place. One of my favs. All spring roll ingredients are gluten free except for the crunchy fried roll they put in the fresh rolls (and the sausage I think?) I just ask them not to put the crunchy thing in when I'm making my rolls. But the owner's son told me the peanut sauce and most sauces are gluten free. Amazing food and very fresh ingredients!
