Review of Pappasito's Cantina

4 stars only because there is just one selection. The food was great. The only option is the soft taco platter with corn tortillas, shredded chicken or ground beef. Served with rice and beans.

I had the shredded chicken. It was delicious and causes no reaction. The cashier was actually very knowledgeable. She seemed very young, so I was impressed that she knew about the risks of cross contamination and hidden ingredients.

It's hard to find truely gluten free food at the airport, but this little counter service restaurant in Terminal E at IAH is wonderful.
