Review of Pappy's Smokehouse

1st things 1st... The food here is incredible!

The staff at pappys was incredibly responsive to me when I let them know I have a serious allergy and needed their help ordering.

The staff immediately changed their gloves and set up a safer area to prep my food. They also steered me away from things I couldn't have (burnt bits, fries, and fried corn) as well as let me know that their sweet sauce and spicy sauces are the only two that are gluten free. (Original is NOT gluten free!!!!)

They were super careful, and didn't for one second make me feel like a pain for asking.

I did however, have a small reaction. :-( So if you have celiacs, this is probably not the place for you.
