Awesome! This chef used to be at the Cider Mill. He is so creative and his food is our favorite. He is super aware of cross-contamination. He totally gets it and the staff were all incredibly accommodating. Dedicated fryer is a bonus. Charcuterie was fantastic. This is definitely one of our new favorite spots!
