UPDATE:
Have come back for the first time in years and I am happy to say all of the Gluten Free markings have returned to the menu. The staff was super knowledgeable of what could be done, and made sure to ask about allergies prior to ordering. Happy to return to this wonderful restaurant.
I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is fantastic, and the aesthetic is unlike anything in the city. That being said, the new chef has removed all markings of GF from the menu and made the French fries no longer safe for those with allergies. It seems to be a bit of a ridiculous move to make it unsafe for those with allergies. Just be sure to discuss your allergy with the staff, and they will be more than accommodating.
Amazing food and atmosphere! Gluten free options are clearly marked on the regular menu. I did not have any issues eating here. There are even two gluten free dessert options, creme brûlée and chocolate mousse! If you’re in the area, I would definitely recommend eating here.
The menu is cleared labeled as to what is GF, and amazingly it is about 75% of the menu! The server was knowledgeable and restated that my meal was GF when delivered. Definitely coming back for more. I had the steak and fries. The dipping sauce was delicious.
What an amazing experience! This quaint little, family owned place is a true GF gem. They are very knowledgable with regards to gluten free. Their regular menu is clearly marked with GF the wait staff, all family, know the menu and its limits for all special diets. We had the crepes, the ribeye, and the creme brûlée. Everything was superb! Truly the most pleasant GF experience I've had in a long time.
This bistro was excellent. Although they do not have a separate GF menu, they stated on their menu that many dishes are GF or can be made GF. TRUE! Much of their menu is naturally GF and the staff was very very accommodating to make many of the dishes GF..our waitress was very knowledgeable, very attentive, and very careful. The french fries were completely GF because they do not fry anything EXCEPT the potatoes in the fryer. My celiac son was in heaven with his French Fries and inhaled them as soon as they were put in front of him. The menu is a bit upscale and pricier than other places but well worth it. Lovely atmosphere. GF crepes available as well. Two GF desserts offered: chocolate mousse and creme brulee.
Went to Paris 66 for the first time last night. It was absolutely delicious, really nice atmosphere. My boyfriend and I sat outside on the porch: felt like we were in France for the night instead of Pittsburgh! The waitress was very helpful and understanding of my need to gluten free food. She gave me their gluten free menu and allowed me to swap out sides for gluten free sides. I had the filet mignon and the Parmesan risotto, they were absolutely delicious! It was pretty pricy but worth it!
I was a guest at this restaurant for my birthday and had a wonderful experience. I informed the waiter that I needed my meal to be gluten free. He quickly handed me a gluten free menu. Just about everything on the menu was either gluten free or adapted to be so. We ordered a cheese try to share as an appetizer. The waiter added sliced apples to the try to replace crackers that would normally have been served. The meal was excellent. One of the restaurant's specialties is macaroons. They come in a variety of flavors and were definitely well worth the trip. All in all, this was a wonderful experience. One additional note, this is a rather pricey restaurant.
