Can't recommend for celiacs. No dedicated fryer or even space on the grill. I appreciated that the (friendly!) server knew what was at stake and informed me accordingly, but it didn't feel terribly friendly to have him tell me that there was no burger I could order for which there wouldn't be a risk of cross-contamination. So we left and went somewhere else -- Hopdoddy, which I do recommend for celiacs!
I have been to this location several times and it has been hit or miss. I’ve gotten glutened here about 2 times, the second time I was even served my burger on a bed of lettuce because they were out of their Udi buns. The waiters are really good though about specifying Celiac in their instructions.
Decent burger and amazing fries. Dedicated gluten free frier (although I always check when I order to be sure nothings changed).
I always stress the celiac medical conditions and double check when my food comes because it does tend to be a busy place. They do have a gluten free bun as well but I usually prefer my burger on a salad.
My husband and I eat here at least 2 times a month! I have celiac so I get my burger w a gf bun, he can get whatever he wants. I highly recommend the fries!! The fries are to die for!! Get a basket of half original and half truffle. You can thank me later. Dedicated fryer! Staff is friendly and aware of celiac and cross contamination.
Great tasting food, knowledgeable staff, and plenty of GF options. Bun was a good size and held its shape unlike most GF buns, and they had a decent GF beer. Very accommodating with my other allergies as well. Dietary concerns aside, the vibe is great overall and everyone who works there is super friendly!
Hostess shared with me that most menu items could be prepared gluten free. Waitress was very accommodating with my questions about the safety of certain food items. Within 5 minutes of finishing eating, I had sores in my mouth and within a 1/2 hour an upset stomach. Burger and fries were delicious. Unfortunately, they were not safe to eat.
This was an absolutely delightful experience! The problem with some people saying they do not have a dedicated fryer or prep station is because this location specifically has both, but not all of their locations do. It is very important to know which location you are going to. The management at the Walnut Street RiNo location was absolutely wonderful. Knew everything about how to take special care of the food for celiac. They have a separate fryer for their french fries and they have a completely separate prep station for gluten-free buns so that nothing is crossed contaminated. They even had a delicious gluten-free beer option for me. Highly recommend! Just make sure that you go to this location or double check with the other locations. They are smaller and don’t have all of the room that this one hasfor extra prep stations and fryers.
Wow! Great food. Basic burger but so delish. They did their gluten free buns so delish. No crumbles. I am DF GF and did not have a contamination or get sick. Sweet potato fries are fire!
