I usually avoid diners because it’s too much risk, but this is an exception. I called ahead to check them out and the grill is only used for meat, no gluten and the broiled fish is all gluten free in its own pan. I’m not sure about other menu items as I didn’t ask and there is no gluten free menu. However, the manage made my meal for me to make sure there was no cross-contamination and seemed very knowledgeable. I ended up getting the fish.
