I spoke with the manager and they do have gluten free pizza crust, but he did say that if you have celiac disease, there is flour being used in the kitchen and he could not guarantee pizza would be gluten free. I appreciated his honesty and my hubby does not eat anything from there. That being said, their regular pizza and salads are very good!
Aside from the location and exterior of the restaurant (which was bad enough to make us want to run away before entering). I called ahead to make sure that GF pizza was still offered. Wished I would have asked a little more before wasting our time. The gentleman who waited on us was rude, my daughter asked if sweet tea was available, he said "I have tea and I have sugar" I asked for hot tea (which was ON THE MENU) and he said "I can take the ice tea and heat it up". We then asked about gf pizza and if steps were taken to prevent cross contamination. He stated "cross contamination-how could that even happen, of course we don't cross contaminate". We decided to leave after these exchanges. My daughter has celiac and there was no way I was risking it!
Great pizza and very clean but they need more than 2 people working on a Friday night. We were pointed to a table to sit at and after 20 minutes I finally asked to see a menu. Another family of 4 walked in 10 minutes after us and were seated, drink order taken and received before we ever got a menu...which I finally asked for. We never mind waiting to be seated, but once we are seated we expect to be waited on. Now...as for the food...it was awesome! Pizza is so yummy! And...my 11 year old has celiac and they have gluten free pizza! He said it was one of the best he has ever eaten! He compared it to his favorite place back home.
Wonderful pizza! Had a GF beef and black olive. Hot, tasty, and wonderful! My husband had a "normal" pepperoni and stated his was "epic"! Pizza was so good my extremely picky 3 year old ate 2 slices! They asked if I had an allergy or sensitivity. After telling them it was an allergy, they cleaned their prep surface and used all new utensils and pans, despite it being 4th of July and they were extremely busy!
