Pasongs is excellent. Delicious and very fresh. Make pretty much everything gf, some thing need to order ahead a day or two especially if fried? GF pho is my favorite and the owners and staff are the best.

I’ve been eating here for years, never been glutened one time. Sensitive celiac. Pa’song’s is the go to place in the tri cities for gluten free food. Fresh, organic, gluten free Laotian food... it doesn’t get an my better. Trust I’ve looked!
