Tasted good got 2 gf pepperonis
We have celiac, and don't often try new places. But when Pasquale's started advertising GF pizza, we had to try it as we live nearby. They do have a warning about possible cross contamination on their website. But when I called and asked, they said the crust is prepared offsite and that they use clean, dedicated pans and cutters. They also put "gluten allergy, use gloves" on the receipt. So we were impressed at their level of knowledge about how to mitigate cross contamination. Their efforts worked well also, as we did not react at all. The GF pizza was quite good. We only got it plain but it appears you can order toppings. We will definitely be back.
