I have always gone to Pasquale’s. I have always felt safe eating here. I normally go to the one in West Seneca, and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. However, today I went to the East Aurora location. The server brought my salad out with croutons and I had to tell her I’m gluten free, once again. I got my meal- Fettuccine Alfredo, and the busser said it was gluten free. I am not great with dairy, and so I took three servings of lactaid to tolerate this meal. This normally is what I order and how much I take. It’s been 2 and a half hours after eating and I am unfortunately in the bathroom. I don’t understand why, but please dine at your own risk here. I can’t tell if it’s gluten just yet, but I did find a normal gluten fettuccine noodle in my penne gluten free. So again- please be careful here.

Not sure what measures they take, but my wife, who is celiac, regularly gets food here with zero problems. She's especially fond of their gf pizza crust in particular, though she has had their gf ravioli and other items with no issues.

My Crab Ravioli in red pepper cream sauce was just delicious. We had steamed mussels in garlic butter sauce for an appetizer and minestrone soup. Great meal!

It was nice that they had GF pizza and pasta options, and considering the good reviews, I was hopeful that this would be one place I could eat with my family while visiting EA. I ordered one of the deluxe GF pizzas and explained Celiac and how everything needed to be cooked on a separate surface or on foil, etc. The waitress seemed to understand. When the pizza came, they ensured that it was GF. It was delicious, but part way into eating, I noticed a topping that looked suspiciously like breadcrumbs. It's possible that they were small bits of cheese that had browned in the oven, but when I started to get my usual symptoms, I concluded that they were either breadcrumbs or it was seriously cross contaminated. Bummer, because I wish I had a safe place to eat while visiting my grandparents.

I found out a little over a month ago that I am allergic to gluten. I had not had a slice of pizza or eaten any kind of bread or pasta since I found out. I ordered a gluten free pizza from pasquale's and it was absolutely delicious!! I was pleasantly suprised and enjoyed every bite. I would highly recommend getting gluten free pizza from here. So happy that I tried it, even happier that it tastes just as wonderful as their regular pizza that is not gluten free. :-)
