I have never been so violently ill. Ordered gf pasta, manager assured me they take all precautions. 2 wks later I’m still recovering. Terrified to eat at a restaurant again :(

It looked and tasted yummy but both my daughter (gluten intolerant) and I (celiac) got extremely sick after eating. A sign that there was significant contamination. Essentially sabotaging the rest of our evening in Bend

Ate here while passing through Bend, due to good reviews. Our 13 year old son has Celiacs and was thrilled to eat good pasta here. All seemed good, server took note and dish came out with GF flag. After keeping our son GF for 5 years with no real problems he was sick for several days after eating here. Really not sure if it was the restaurant or if he happen to come down with some cold or virus coincidentally, but symptoms seemed to all be same as being glutenated - lack of energy, stomach cramps/pains, then diarrhea. Took him several days to get back to normal. Hope it wasn’t the restaurant but next time will be using our Nima.

One of the better GF pastas I've had! Yum!

The food was AMAZING, and the pasta is just as delicious as promised. Most things can be made GF. I had linguine piccata, which had chicken, and I did not get sick. They have two types of pasta and serve the gluten free dishes with little flags so everyone knows to be careful. The one problem is that there are no marks on the menu showing what they can do without gluten, and no gluten free menu, so deciding is a bit of a pain. But the actual service and food was excellent!

Great gf pastas and the best gf tiramisu

Excellent food. They can do a gluten free pasta but cross contamination could be an issue with pasta. I chose a wonderful salad and grilled veggies. It was delicious. They cooked everything in separate pans to ensure it was safe.

I've ordered gf, df twice in a row with different staff and both times received the item with GLUTEN then had to wait while my party ate they remade my entree. :(

Great food and awesome service! I have been celiac for five years and I have never had gluten free pasta this good, plus the gluten free tiramisu was amazing! One top of that the waitress was extremely helpful, quick, and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I absolutely love this restaurant. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and almost everything on the menu is GF friendly. Pastinis is quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants in town!

I have eaten here several times and have never gotten sick. I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo and it was the most amazing pasta dish I've ever had. Sooo delicious! Keep up the good work!

Love being able to order just about any pasta dish and have it be made with gluten free noodles for no extra charge. Really good food, quick service, and were able to accommodate for GF kids as well.

Good food and service. Went for lunch and my food came out very quickly. Didn't have any issues afterwards either. I will return if I'm in the area.

Outstanding food with family friendly service. I have celiac disease and had a delicious pasta meal. My son is allergic to milk and eggs and the server created a special dessert for him. Great selection .

Celiac - no problem. My daughter who has celiac disease enjoyed the Mac & cheese with no gluten problems. We also talked to the manager who really seemed to understand the needs. We enjoyed our pasta dishes too.

Believe it or not, this restaurant appears to be one of the safest in town when it comes to offering safe gluten-free food. As a celiac with a husband (a Chiropractic Sports Physician) who specializes in celiac disease and food allergies, my husband and I do a lot of research on safe restaurants in town (both for ourselves and our patients). Upon reviewing this restaurant, my husband, Dr. Jason Kremer, found that it was surprisingly safe for those with food allergies and gluten sensitivities.

Can sub GF pasta for free for most entrees

They use separate equipment for their GF options. You can order the double-noodles as well. Absolutely amazing taste.

Excellent GF pasta options at very reasonable prices. You can substitute GF pasta for nearly every item on the menu. Fantastic.

Have eaten here a number of times when in the area visiting family. Servers are knowledgeable about celiac and attentive to no cross contamination. Never have gotten sick.

So glad they reopened this location. Our first time at this location. Nice atmosphere and comfortable open space. If course, we live the lunch portions. My wife is gluten intolerant, and that was handled well by staff and options are good.

They were very attentive and our pasta came out with a marker stating gluten free! The owner is gluten free so that made us feel a little better. They said they change gloves, wash the pot they cook the gluten free pasta in and get new water. The pasta was delicious. We didn't get sick but there is risk of cross contamination.

I love this place! My family come here often and I’ve never had a reaction. The pasta and salads are delicious, and it’s easy to also find vegan options. The staff are always so friendly and I have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!!!
