J’ai mangé un super bon burger et des frites et je n’ai eu aucun symptôme de contamination. Je dois par contre dire qu’il faut être vigilant puisque mon burger a initialement été préparé avec un pain régulier et ils ont donc dû refaire mon assiette. Le pain burger sans gluten (très bon et non friable) est facilement identifiable puisqu’il est parsemé de graines de sésames.

Good for celiac, if you mention it they will take extra precautions. The burger buns are amazing! I've been twice and both times I was well served and no gluten reactions.

2024 update: we’ve been there many times since then as their kitchen has expanded and they now apparently have a dedicated fryer and offer a “regular” GF poutine. My son loves their fries, poutine and burgers.

Update: as much as they tried to be celiac safe, the following day and for a few days after my son complained of stomach problems. I know they tried their best and in fact, it may have been my own fault since the fries were fried in the same fryer as their onion rings. Stupid me.

The good news is I had called them earlier in the day (got the owner) and he said they will keep trying to improve their capabilities for this. He was positive and sensitive to celiac and GF.

Nice atmosphere. They had GF buns and an Italian Poutine...they admitted they didn’t have a full GF kitchen -same fryer used for onion rings as for fries but they have a separate toaster. Had spoken to the owner earlier that day and he said he’s trying to make it more accessible or celiacs...over time, but the kitchen space isn’t that big.

My kid was happy to get to eat out somewhere and they had trivial pursuit cards for us to look over while we ate. It was nice.

Side note: They had non Gf hotdogs in a buttered toasted bun and it was amazing (for the non GF people).

I had the most delicious grilled cheese and bacon sandwich and no repercussions. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Ordered the french burger with normal fries. My son had the normal poutine. They served it with a gluten-free bun (I asked) and I needed to specify that the poutine would be gluten-free. Very tasty burger and poutine! The terrace was closed for winter but we could see that it was big and well placed, right close to the water. Funky decor and sweet servers.

It is one our favourite restaurant for my family and me (with gluten allergy). They have a dedicated fryer for fries and GF bread for burgers and sandwiches. They are careful with gluten allergy and coeliac. I visited this restaurant at least 10 x and have not been exposed to gluten.

Great spot with terrace overlooking the river. They have many gf options, including various type of burgers, fries and salads. The staff is knowledgeable about celiac and special precautions are taken in the kitchen, such as washing hands etc. They give a special notice to the cook for celiacs. Will go back here for family outing.

Great place for celiacs! Super friendly service and awesome food. I had the caramelized chicken with balsamic vinegar sandwich with gluten free bread and it was super tasty. I would definitely come back. The restaurant is next to the lake so you can enjoy your lunch or dinner on the terrasse and see people fish.
