They only have a gf pizza crust but it is delicious. The crust is flaky and thick. Not at all like the cardboard most places have. I had the meaty Pauly pizza and a garden salad with the pomegranate dressing. The staff is helpful in letting you know what is available to gluten free customers. The owner told us that he has some new gluten free options coming in this summer that he is excited about for his gluten free customers. Very friendly staff and atmosphere.

I’m so glad we listened to the reviews others have left and stopped for dinner here while driving through Rapid City. THIS WAS THE BEST GF PIZZA I THINK WE’VE EVER HAD. And the price?? You really can’t beat it. It’s a thick, mochi-like dough (chewy). Highly recommend!

Very good gluten free crusts! Nice to get a change from Udi’s, like most use. The prices were very good as well! New favorite pizza place in town! No ill effects.

Pauley’s did a great job with preparing my food. The Pizza was great and I had no adverse reactions to eating here. The person that prepared/cooked my pizza even let me know they changed their gloves several times.
