Review of Peace Tree Juice Cafe

I came here because people said they were good about gluten free (I have celiac disease) but even after I talked to the manager and the server about options and marinades (some of their steak is marinated in soy sauce), they didn’t tell us until I was halfway done that the side of rice and the side of mashed potatoes both contained gluten. The manager came back out and basically blamed me for daring to order a side because “gluten free people usually just get extra veggies and don’t eat rice”. Well maybe they do if you tell them that your rice and potatoes are made with added gluten?????? Double don’t recommend for the secret gluten and the blaming.
